How long does domestic and international shipping take?
UK orders are typically delivered within 1-2 working days via DPD. International orders are shipped via DHL Express and generally arrive within 3-5 working days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a full refund.
Do I have to pay import duties on international orders?
For customers in the EU, USA, and select other regions, duties and taxes are often calculated at checkout or covered by us. Please check our shipping policy page for a full list of 'Delivered Duty Paid' countries.
How should I care for my heavy-weight jersey products?
To preserve the structure and fabric quality, we recommend washing all garments inside out on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging them to air dry. Avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinkage.
