We offer a 14-day return policy for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that all returns must be processed through our official returns portal to ensure a smooth authentication and refund process.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all custom Cole Buxton garment tags and branded dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received at our warehouse, your return will undergo a quality check before your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
